TIME TO BE SOCIAL

If you want to lose weight as an adult, one of the most challenging factors is navigating the social scene without feeling like an outcast.

Some of my fondest memories include drinks out with the girls followed by late-night pizza and hangover bagels for breakfast the following morning. When I realized this was not something I enjoyed doing anymore, I thought I might have to become a hermit.

Fortunately, you don’t have to. In this chapter we’ll discuss some of the most common settings that you will find yourself in and how to make decisions that are consistent with getting skinny again. I am not a certified nutritionist or registered dietician.

I am a holistic health coach, and this advice is what helped me achieve my best body.

TIME TO LIVE THE FIT LIFE

When it comes to enjoying life, we all need to find a happy balance. I am a party girl at heart who inherited a sweet tooth. If I were to indulge in the two without moderation, I would be unhealthy and unhappy.

On the opposite side of the spectrum, if I were to completely eliminate dessert or alcohol for good, I would be extremely cranky and unpleasant to be around.

I think my blog and YouTube channel resonate with many people because I am not naturally skinny and I do have to work hard for my splurges.

These are my tips and tricks that have helped keep me looking fit while celebrating the life that God gave me.
